Terms of business
At Country Cuddles Luxury Kennels, we take every measure to ensure the well-being of your pet/pets. However, we want to remind pet owners that animals are boarded entirely at their own risk, as there is always a possibility of disease transmission in a boarding environment.
To minimize this risk, we require dogs to be vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, and Parvovirus.
Proof of vaccination is necessary prior to arrival for boarding.
Although not mandatory, it is highly recommended for dogs to be vaccinated against Bordetella at least 10 days before boarding.
Please note that Country Cuddles will not be liable for any veterinary costs incurred if an unvaccinated dog contracts Bordetella during boarding.
Our insurance policy covers dogs during boarding, except for pre-existing medical conditions. Please request full details if necessary.
We reserve the right to act on the owner’s behalf and follow veterinary advice, including euthanasia if required. Any charges for such treatments will be the responsibility of the pet owner if not covered under our insurance policy.
Country Cuddles is not responsible for any injuries sustained by animals sharing accommodation at the owner’s request.
Boarding fees must be paid in full upon collection of pets. However, if you wish to pay prior to your dog’s stay you can via our online booking platform.
Please be aware that a departure day charge will apply if pets are not collected by noon.
Any animals not collected within 15 days of the scheduled departure date will be referred to a local animal rescue society, sold, or disposed of accordingly, unless we receive communication from the owner or authorised person and have exhausted all reasonable attempts to contact them.
We encourage you to bring something with you for your pet that smells of home, e.g. a small blanket, however any items left by the owner with the pet are left at the owner’s risk, including bedding, toys, leads etc.
